Jonathan grew up in Minnesota and attended two years of college at Ozark Christian College. He spent the summers of '02 and '03 on college staff at UCYC and then joined the team full-time. Jonathan now is the Assistant Food Service Director at UCYC and creates amazing meals for all our guest groups and staff!
